CCRN counsellors can deal directly with your creditors, putting an end to stressful collection agency calls and letters.
Unlike some other credit counselling agencies, CCRN's professional counsellors will meet with you personally to discuss your situation and suggest options best suited to your needs. Our counsellors are people who live and work in your community - real people ready to help find solutions to your debt, including alternatives to bankruptcy and consumer proposals - and our offices are conveniently located throughout Niagara.
Credit counselling is a confidential service, and CCRN has well developed policies and procedures that comply with the Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA).
Mission Statement:
Credit Counselling of Regional Niagara is a registered non-profit charitable organization which actively coaches people in our community to achieve financial fitness.
In pursuit of this goal, the agency offers a quality service to everyone in the Region of Niagara, regardless of ethnic background, creed, age, sex, ability or economic circumstances.
We are also committed to consumer education and community outreach. Our Education Coordinator will work with your group or organization to provide workshops on a range of financial topics at no charge.
Our History:
Established in 1975, CCRN has helped Niagara residents learn about and deal with financial issues for over 30 years. Every year we help thousands of clients find solutions to their debt problems, and provide financial education to hundreds of children, teens and adults in the region.
Our funding is provided through donations received from the United Way, creditors and client fees.
